How long is your delivery time?

It takes between 2-5 working days to receive the delivery. We pack and send your products the day after you place your order and then the number of days depends on which delivery method you have chosen and where you live. Immediately after ordering, you will receive an order confirmation for your email. When the goods are sent from us, you will receive an email with delivery confirmation. Then you can follow your order in Postnord's or other delivery company's apps.

 

I have not received any order confirmation, what do I do?

Check if our email has ended up in your spam, and if you do not find it, contact us at info@maggiebykakan.com.

 

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days. Please contact us at info@maggiebykakan.com and we will help you with a return slip and refund.

 

Why do I get irritated and red skin from the products?

The products are active and can irritate sensitive skin. If you feel that the product does not work for your skin, contact us at info@maggiebykakan.com and we will help you with the return.

 

It can be good to know that it is normal to turn red and flake when you use retinol for the first time. We recommend that you start carefully, and use it 2-3 evenings a week for the first few weeks, and then gradually increase to more days. Not everyone can use retinol, so if it your skin still get irritated after a few weeks, contact us at info@maggiebykakan.com and you can return the oil and get your money back.

 

Are the products vegan?

All products are vegan except Maggie Cleansing balm which contain beeswax.

 

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver within Sweden.
